Elman Safarov (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Care Helper mobile application.

1. Data Collection We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

No registration is required. No analytics or tracking services are used. No location data is accessed.

1. Permissions for Care Helper: The following permissions are required for the app to function correctly and reliably:

SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Required to ensure medication reminders trigger precisely at the scheduled time. Starting with Android 13/14, this permission is critical for healthcare apps.

USE_EXACT_ALARM: Allows the app to set alarms that won’t be snoozed by the system to save battery.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to display notifications about medication reminders (required for Android 13+).

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Allows the app to automatically restore all your scheduled reminders after a phone reboot.

CALL_PHONE: Allows you to call trusted contacts directly from the app with one tap (in the “Calls” section). The app does not access your contact list and does not make calls without your permission.

REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS: Recommended to prevent the Android system (especially on Redmi/Xiaomi devices) from closing background processes of the application responsible for timely notifications.

1. Third-Party Services The app does not use any third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
